We’re ready for rock; set for stone; braced for brick … ok, ok, enough. In other words, the exterior is prepped to apply the non-siding finish to the walls. At Epcon Communities, “Each new home is complete with a stone exterior combined with cultured stone and Hardi-Plank siding.” We should get our stone installed as soon as the weather dries out a bit. You can see in the photos that all four houses on our street are prepped and ready to be dressed up, and the delivered stone is stacked up by each house. You can see on the page for each model/floorplan, the additional view of the elevation — what the house looks like on the outside. Take a look at how the stone, brick, and siding fit together on each model, The Promenade, The Portico, and The Palazzo.
